When you log in, new courses are listed at the top and you can click ‘Start’ beside the course title. Below this, a list of courses already-started can be ‘Resumed’ to complete them.
Most often, we find this issue comes up when users have more than one account and they are logged into the wrong one. Sometimes a user will log in to an old account or the incorrect ‘linked’ account.
Click the icon of a person with a hard-hat, on the top right.
This lists other companies you may have an account with. Click into those other accounts to see if the courses are those areas.
If you are still unable to locate your training course, we recommend contacting your employer’s system administrator. If needed, please contact technical support.
